  • Homes in communities with amenities can be bumped up 1 photo package to cover these extra photos if needed.

  • Photo packages are subject to change on site if there are details that need more attention/or were not discussed when giving the original quote such as but not limited to flip homes, new construction homes, luxury properties, lake homes, extra buildings, finished basements, acreage, river homes, pools, etc.

Twilight exterior photography session: $300

  • We will come back out to your listing at twilight and shoot drone shots as well as some ground shots of your property all lit up, this is a great add on for homes with tons of lighting on the property as well as pools with lights in them.

Zillow 3D Tour: $150 (0-2,499 sq ft), $175 (2,499-4,999), $200 (5,000-7,499), $225 (7,500-9,999), $250 (10,000+)

2D floorplans: $125 (0-2,499 sq ft), $150 (2,499-4,999), $200 (5,000-7,499), $250 (7,500-9,999), $275 (10,000+)

Virtual Staging: $40 per image for empty rooms, $50-60 per image for item removal then virtual staged edit.

  • Pre-planning/story board for day of filming to determine best lighting/specific shots and any details the agent wants to highlight (JBuff Productions will work hand in hand with you leading up to the day of the shoot to make sure everything goes smoothly on the day of the scheduled shoot)

  • Sunrise/morning session, 2-3 hours onsite

  • Afternoon video session, 2-3 hours onsite

  • Twilight/dusk session included, 1 hour onsite
